Our story
The Bean Shed started with a lot of curiosity and a belief that coffee tastes better when you know where it came from. Today, we roast in small batches in Table View, working directly with a local green bean supplier who shares our obsession with quality and transparency.

Our process
We buy traceable, seasonal green coffee from farms and cooperatives we trust.
Every lot is sample-roasted and cupped before it earns a place in our lineup.
Beans are roasted in small batches, profiled to highlight origin character.
Coffee rests for 48 hours, then is packed and shipped within two days.
